Why we measure
We take pride and satisfaction in our work, so it’s important to us that we can measure what we’ve achieved. We also understand that it’s important you can measure your return on investment to ensure you get the best value from the money you spend with us.
 

How it works
At the start of the project – big or small – we discuss how best to measure its success. This will vary depending on the nature of the project and what you’re trying to achieve.

To assist with this process, we have developed a unique “ZEST Performance” checklist, which we’ll complete together and use as a reference guide throughout the project.

At the end of the project we can then easily assess how successful the project has been.

There are many parameters that can be measured – some of these fall within our control, others fall to you as part of the wider marketing mix, and there are others for which we share joint responsibility.
